Last week I was a watermelon, today I have apparently been time-warped from the 80s😁😁 How was your day?😋 I’ve got a lot on my mind to today (but what else is new🤷🏽‍♀️) 1️⃣I’m SOOOO HYPE, I have officially accepted a position as a personal trainer at NYSC in Smithtown (LI, NY). If you’re in the area and would like to work with me, PLEASE don’t hesitate to message me😊😊😊For some now I’ve been privately training clients, so I’m excited for the new atmosphere! 2️⃣I was in some weird car “mishap” today. Was about to make a right turn on red and just drove into the car in front of me (like an ASSHOLE). No injuries, no dents, no nothing (luckily). Myself and the women I hit were just like “well, 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ it happens!” And just drove off #blessed 3️⃣REALLY trying to make an effort to get into mediation. My mind is frequently all over the place (if you couldn’t tell by now🙃). I need to schedule in the time to center myself, my thoughts, and my mindset. I’ve downloaded the “Headspace” app and plan on trying that every morning and every night! 4️⃣Also have to get back on my stretching/recovery game. My tight hips/hams are starting to affect the range of motion on a lot of my exercises. I used to do a yoga routine every morning but somehow allowed that to slip🤦🏽‍♀️ Okay that’s it😁Hope ya had a great day and cheers to an amazing week❤️
