How to Stay on Track While Vacationing

Sometimes you really need a break from working out. 

It can be really difficult to stick to your workout routine or meal plan while you’re visiting family, taking a business trip, or just trying to take a relaxing break from your hectic day-to-day life.

In my most recent video, I talk about my views on working out while on vacation.  To me, everything is about balance.  Sometimes it is better to take a weekend off, but it all depends on your personal preference and how long you’re going to be away.  Check out my latest video to see how I go about my vacation workouts.  I even have a vacation gym workout thrown in!
